Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Low Voltage Sales Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in low voltage systems, including surveillance systems, public address systems, network solutions, access control systems, intercoms, burglar alarm systems, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure these systems are thoroughly promoted and sold in the Palestinian market effectively.
Main responsibilities:
Regular Client Visits:
· Conduct regular clients- field visits to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Attract new customers to increase company sales amounts.
· Provide periodic reports on visits and field observations.
· Keeping eyes on customers and competitors and collect supportive information for sales development.
Sales and Pricing:
· Prepare and present pricing offers to clients based on their needs.
· Promote company products to the customers to achieve the sales targets.
· Negotiate with clients to secure the best deals and increase sales.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Order Management:
· Oversee the execution of orders to ensure timely delivery.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders or products.

Accounts Receivable Management:
· Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection of dues.
Qualifications and Experience:
· A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in sales and marketing, preferred in low voltage systems.
· Good knowledge of alarm systems, cameras, networks, cabling, and access control systems.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in using essential computer programs and industry-related software.
· Valid driving license.
