The Guidance and Training Center (GTC) is a non-profit community mental health center based in Bethlehem and founded in 1994. GTC’s mission is to Provide preventive and therapeutic services in the area of mental health, especially for the child and family, and generally for the local community, and to pursue the development of knowledge, skills, and experiences of workers in this field and conducting research through programs that meet the needs of the target groups in the best professional and scientific way possible, aiming to participate in the development of mental health in the Palestinian society. The GTC is looking to recruit a Public Relations – Fund Raising according to the following requirements:
Contract type: Part time
Contract duration: one year- renewable
Position Title: Part-Time Secretary

Position Title: Part-Time Secretary
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day office operations and executive schedules
- Draft and edit official correspondence, reports, and documentation with a high level of professionalism
- Organize and maintain effective digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions including logistics and minute-taking
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and external communications
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communication or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-level administrative or secretarial position, preferably in the NGO or health sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and interpersonal effectiveness
- Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Bethlehem Residence.
Work Conditions:
- Part-time position (hours and days to be discussed during the interview)
- Based at the Guidance and Training Center’s office in Bethlehem.
