Technical Assistant – Mentoring Support for Sustainable Consumption

We are implementing a capacity building program focused on Sustainable Consumption and Production targeting students and fresh graduates in West Bank. The program involves face-to-face sessions, online workshops, and field visits to SMEs where trainees apply their skills under expert supervision.

To ensure smooth technical delivery and coordination, we are seeking a Technical Assistant to support trainers, trainees, and SMEs during all phases of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support during capacity building sessions (in-person and online).​
• Support trainees during practical exercises and field visits to MSEs (documentation, data collection tools, coordination).​
• Help organize training materials and ensure timely distribution to all participants.​
• Coordinate with local stakeholders, including university contacts and SME representatives.​

Qualifications​

• BSc or Master degree in engineering, environmental science or a related technical field.​
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting training programs, educational workshops, or field-based projects.​
• Experience working with SMEs​
• Knowledge in Sustainable Consumption and Production and circular economy principles.​
• Strong technical skills, including:
  • Familiarity with energy, water, and waste efficiency concepts​
  • Proficient in MS Office and Zoom​
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.​
• Ability to work with diverse teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.​
