The Middle East Investment Initiative (MEII) is a US based non-profit organization promoting financial inclusion and supporting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Through its flagship Tamweeli program, MEII empowers entrepreneurs by facilitating access to finance, improving business practices, and driving sustainable economic development across several countries including Jordan, Palestine and Tunisia.

The officer will serve as the internal focal point for all outreach initiatives, coordinate with an external communication agency, and ensure consistent brand visibility and beneficiary acquisition targets are met in Jordan, Palestine, and other countries in the MENA.

Key Responsibilities
- Outreach Coordination & Campaign Implementation
- Maintain and manage Tamweeli’s brand identity across all offices (Jordan, Palestine, Tunisia and future offices), ensuring consistent application of visual and messaging guidelines
- Lead the implementation of MEII’s outreach strategy for the Tamweeli program across multiple countries.
- Act as the main point of contact between MEII and the external communication agency.
- Follow up on campaign execution to ensure alignment with objectives (brand awareness & beneficiary acquisition).
- Consolidate inputs from MEII’s internal teams in Jordan, Palestine, Tunisia and future teams in other MENA countries as needed to support content creation.
- Draft graphical designs that for MEII complementary pillars as needed.
- Content & Social Media Management
- Inspire and support the development of digital content (social media posts, success stories, infographics, email banners, invitations, visuals for events).
- Review and validate content provided by the agency to ensure quality, creativity, and cultural relevance for each country.
- Monitor social media platforms to ensure engagement and brand consistency.
- Reporting, KPIs & Growth Objectives
- Work with the communication agency to define and track clear KPIs related to brand awareness and user acquisition, such as:
- Social media reach & engagement growth (e.g., +25% reach per quarter).
- Increase in website traffic and click-through rates (CTR).
- Lead generation and new beneficiaries acquired (e.g., +15–20% new qualified SME sign-ups per campaign).
- Consolidate monthly reports, analyze campaign results, and recommend optimization actions to improve ROI and acquisition performance.
- Provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.
- Event & PR Support
- Coordinate outreach materials for online and offline events (programs, certificates, invitations, digital visuals).
- Support the production of testimonial videos, PR campaigns, and other visibility initiatives as needed.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and success stories to enhance Tamweeli’s visibility and stakeholder engagement.
- Liaise with vendors, printers, and partners to ensure timely production and delivery of outreach materials.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in implementing and monitoring digital campaigns — experience in a communication/marketing agency is a strong plus.
- Understanding of paid media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads), social media management, and content adaptation for different audiences.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and interest in social impact and entrepreneurship.
- Proven skills in content creation and graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
- Experience working across multiple countries or multicultural teams is an asset.
