We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with daily office tasks, manage schedules, handle communications, and support the team to keep the office running smoothly
- Manage office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and supply management.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Coordinating with couriers to bring goods from companies.
- Reviewing the tenders published in newspapers and on websites, and forwarding them to the concerned department.
- Coordinating for buying tenders.
- Supporting staff in terms of IT and Telecom issues.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Getting travel offers for staff and customers.
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Provide general administrative support to HR-related activities as required.
- Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly.

Good in English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
