About The role:
MAP seeks a Clinic Supervisor to oversee clinic operations and ensure the delivery of quality health services in line with Ministry of Health (MoH) protocols. The role involves coordinating with MoH officials and healthcare workers, representing MAP within the clinic, and supporting programme teams in tracking activities and strengthening programme visibility. The Clinic Supervisor will monitor staff performance, supervise the implementation of clinical guidelines and infection prevention measures, strengthen referral pathways, and ensure accurate reporting of clinic activities. The position also supports staff development through performance monitoring and training initiatives to maintain high-quality service delivery.
About you:
The ideal candidate holds a medical degree (e.g., medicine or nursing), preferably with a master’s degree or higher diploma in public health or health management, and has proven experience in managing health facilities or medical projects. They demonstrate strong team management, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in clinic or hospital operations, patient flow and casualty management, and familiarity with MoH clinical and IPC guidelines, disease surveillance, and health information systems. The candidate should also have strong reporting, organizational, and interpersonal skills, good command of English and Arabic, and the ability to work effectively under pressure both independently and within a team.
