Sales Manager - Mersal Company - Gaza
Mersal Company is a sister company of Sharfa Group for express courier, it is working in logistics and delivery, is seeking to recruit candidates to join with staff at the following position:
Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers in the sale zone and develop a business development plan to
reach them.
- Organize events and marketing campaigns to promote Mersal.
- Developing new business relationships; generate and negotiate new revenues for Mersal.
- Presenting Mersal to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings,
telephone calls and emails.
- Develop and enhance marketing materials.
- Expected to spend a significant amount of time out of the office.
- Work to achieve agreed goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Experience: at least 3 years in sales or marketing field, and more than 3 years as sales manager.
- Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Languages: Very good negotiation skills both in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit, SPSS, and any other related programs.
- High ability to communicate information and ideas clearly.
- High ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle everyday situations
quickly and effectively.
- Entrepreneurial spirit is a definite asset.
- Commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self.
- Must be from Gaza city region.
