Midad for IT solutions is looking for creative, talented and knowledgeable PHP programmers (2 posts) to join the work team.
The we-based application developers are expected to work closely with the web design team to design innovative, robust and multi-user web applications using the emerging web technologies, the selected candidates will have to demonstrate extensive experience and strong background in web development with greater focus on enterprise applications.
Essential Job Functions
The applicant is expected to:
- Plan, design prototype, develop and maintain innovative and multi-user web-based applications.
- Ensure access to the content and maintain a logical layout.
- Create and develop visual concepts that are consistent with the content and image of the designed products, check if they are in line with the global image of the brand names, and ensure that websites are easy to navigate.
- Perform maintenance and updates to existing websites, when requested.
- Have the ability to transform the needs and demands of the organization into inspiring concepts and final products to meet the potential and existing requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in computer engineering, information technology or any other related field, holders of master's or PhD degrees are highly encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in web development.
- Experience in dealing with PHP frameworks (Laravel or CodeIgniter).
- Experience in dealing with all types of clients JavaScript MVC frameworks (Backbone, AngularJS, or Node JS … etc.)
- Experience in web 2.0 technologies.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong background in HTML, CSS, and JQuery.
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle all types of database (MySQL).
- Fast learner of new web technologies during a short period.
Personal Skills:
- Effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and able to yield under pressure.
- Attentive to details, customer-oriented, and a problem solver.
- Ability to work within a team and communicate clearly.
