World Vision Jerusalem-West Bank-Gaza is seeking a
:

Executive Relations Coordinator

The successful candidate will:
Draft and monitor the National Strategic Implementation plan on a yearly bases
Coordinate the National Director’s Office initiatives and projects
Prepare the monthly regional report and ensure it is submitted on time
Coordinate the board meetings, take meeting minutes, identify potential candidates and ensure
compliance to governmental and WVI policies
Prepare outline notes for speeches, presentations or publications
Perform research and provide logistical support in completing assigned projects

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor degree in Communications, Social Sciences or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in non-profit sector
Fluency in written and spoken English with advanced business-writing skills
Knowledge of Arabic and Hebrew is desirable
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
Understanding of organizational structure, executive/int’l. communications
Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to think clearly, deeply, and broadly
Committed to achieving quality results and service
Ability to influence individuals/groups
Cross-cultural experience and sensitivity
Integrity and commitment to WV mission, ethos and core values
Position is based in Jerusalem
