Field Maintenance Engineer​

Role Summary​

Field maintenance engineer will be responsible for installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of all telecoms, power, mechanical and civil materials in the sites.

Contract Duration: 3 months.​

Duties & Responsibilities​

• Provide field support for new sites construction in the following areas: site supervision, equipment delivery coordination, path alignment coordination, equipment installation, site acceptance and operation.​
• Technical implementation of Radio Base stations, Transmission and Power System equipment upgrade, installation, integration and commissioning as required by his supervisor.​
• Operating and maintaining all electro-mechanical systems supporting the telecom network such as: Generators, MDB's, UPS's and Air condition.​
• Installing and Fixing Antennas, Mini link, Shelters and Masts.​
• Using all testing and measuring tools.​
• Responding to all Network Operations Center (NOC) call outs within a specified area and take immediate action to resolve faults.​
• Analyzing, classifying, Repairing and solving Faults.​
• Install, Commission, Optimize, Repair, and maintain all network infrastructure equipment (Microwave, RBS, Power Systems, Cooling Systems, and in-building solutions).​
• Implementation of change configuration of RBS /BTS /Transmission (upgrade / downgrade, Re-homing, Migration).​
• Perform work in remote locations on a planned and/or unplanned (emergency) basis.​
• Hebron Area Resident.​

Work Experience & Qualifications:​

• Bachelor's degree in Telecom or Electrical Engineering or any related field.​
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.​

• Good understanding of telecom abbreviations.​
• Flexibility doesn't matter being 24/7 on call.​
• Ability to work on telecom towers.​
• Creative and flexible approach to project-based activity.​
• Motivated team player.​
• Ability to work under pressure.​
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).​
• Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft).​
• Work off-normal shifts as required​

ملخص الدور:
سيكون مهندس الصيانة الميدانية مسؤولًا عن تركيب، إعداد، تشغيل وصيانة جميع معدات الاتصالات، الطاقة، الميكانيكا، والمواد المدنية في المواقع.


مدة العقد: 3 أشهر


المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تقديم الدعم الميداني لبناء المواقع الجديدة في المجالات التالية: الإشراف على الموقع، تنسيق تسليم المعدات، تنسيق محاذاة المسارات، تركيب المعدات، قبول الموقع وتشغيله.
• تنفيذ الأعمال الفنية لمحطات القاعدة الراديوية، أنظمة النقل وأنظمة الطاقة من حيث الترقية، التركيب، التكامل والتشغيل وفقًا لتعليمات المشرف المباشر.
• تشغيل وصيانة جميع الأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية الداعمة لشبكة الاتصالات مثل: المولدات، لوحات التوزيع الرئيسية، وحدات الطاقة غير المنقطعة (UPS) وأجهزة التكييف.
• تركيب وصيانة الهوائيات، أجهزة Mini Link، الملاجئ والأبراج.
• استخدام جميع أدوات القياس والفحص.
• الاستجابة لجميع نداءات مركز عمليات الشبكة (NOC) في منطقة معينة واتخاذ إجراءات فورية لحل الأعطال.
• تحليل، تصنيف، إصلاح وحل الأعطال.
• تركيب، تشغيل، تحسين، إصلاح وصيانة جميع معدات البنية التحتية للشبكة (الميكروويف، RBS، أنظمة الطاقة، أنظمة التبريد، والحلول داخل المباني).
• تنفيذ تغييرات إعدادات محطات RBS/BTS/النقل (ترقية / تخفيض، إعادة التوزيع، الهجرة).
• أداء العمل في مواقع نائية بشكل مخطط أو طارئ.
• أن يكون من سكان منطقة الخليل.

الخبرة والمؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الاتصالات أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
• يمكن للخريجين الجدد التقديم.

الصفات الشخصية والمهارات الخاصة:

• فهم جيد لمصطلحات الاتصالات.
• المرونة في التواجد عند الحاجة (طوال الوقت).
• القدرة على العمل على الأبراج الخاصة بالاتصالات.
• نهج إبداعي ومرن في العمل القائم على المشاريع.
• العمل بروح الفريق.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة ومحادثة).
• إتقان استخدام الحاسوب (برامج مايكروسوفت).
• الاستعداد للعمل في أوقات غير اعتيادية عند الحاجة.
